Thesis printing
We can usually offer a same day printing service for thesis, but we recommend 2-3 days, you are advised to call beforehand. The preferred file format is pdf, this way formatting won't change, Microsoft Word 'Save as'.
Most thesis are printed single sided, so we print the pages on respective pages on different printers, B&W and colour to reduce the printing costs. Once you have saved your document as a pdf, we ask that you move the colour pages to one end of the pdf using Acrobat Professional or Preview (page numbers won't change), this speeds up the printing process considerably, then once printed you have to collate before binding.
If required we can double sided print.
A4 b/w laser; 6p* , A4 colour laser; 25p* (double sided printing is available for both), photographic prints; £2.50*.
Binding
We can soft bind your thesis, either Wire or Tape. Wire has the advantage of being able to fold back on itself making it easy for the examiner to read!! Soft bindings have an acetate front cover, with a card back.

* If paying with a University code or purchase order no VAT is applicable.
Paying personally, VAT is applicable if you have unbound printing, if bound no VAT is applicable to the printing and binding.
