The British Association of Clinical Anatomists has awarded prizes to Tabbie Brough and Katie James, while Claudia Santoni has been awarded by the Anatomical Society

Tabbie Brough and Katie James won the Conrad Lewin Prize for best oral presentation for their talk on "The importance of the anatomical relationship between latissimus dorsi and the inferior scapular angle in shoulder rehabilitation" (British Association of Clinical Anatomists winter scientific meeting at University of Newcastle, 17 December), supervised by one of our senior demonstrators (Dr Jumbo Jenner) and Cecilia Brassett
Claudia Santoni was the Runner-up for the Young Investigator Prize for best oral presentation for her talk on "Turning points: cochlear development in the human embryo" (Anatomical Society winter meeting at the University of Lancaster, 18-20 December), supervised by Matt Mason
