Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee works to make PDN a more inclusive place to work and study. We:

  • Promote equality, diversity and inclusion across the department.
  • Share EDI news, events and opportunities from the School of Biological Sciences and the University.
  • Support and organise training, events and initiatives that encourage inclusion.
  • Listen to staff and students to better understand their experiences and improve the department.
